The following data is collected through the contact form: name, email address, company (optional), subject and message. This data is processed solely for the purpose of handling and responding to your enquiry. It will not be used for any other purpose.
The hosting provider (Vercel Inc., based in the United States, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) technically records the IP addresses of visitors, user-agent and pages visited for a limited period, for exclusively operational purposes (security, abuse prevention, technical diagnosis). This data is not used for profiling, visit analysis or advertising. Logs are automatically deleted.
The processing of your contact form data is based on Article 6.1.b GDPR: the performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.
The processing of technical hosting data is based on the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6.1.f GDPR) in maintaining the security and availability of the website.
Contact form data will be retained:
• For the time necessary to handle your enquiry. • Up to 1 additional year from resolution of the service, unless you request deletion beforehand. • Up to 5 years under Article 1964 of the Spanish Civil Code for potential legal claims.
Hosting technical logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days.
Your data is not transferred to third parties for their own commercial purposes. The following processors or technical providers are involved:
• Vercel Inc. (United States): hosting provider. Technical access to form data in transit and server logs. Certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795).
• Google LLC (United States): provider of the Google reCAPTCHA anti-spam service, activated only if you accept cookies. Certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
These transfers are covered by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795 of 10 July 2023.
No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed as the circumstances set out in Article 37 GDPR and Article 34 of Organic Law 3/2018 do not apply.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port and object to the processing of your personal data.
You may exercise your rights by contacting us through the contact form or the email indicated in the owner identification section, stating the right you wish to exercise and your name and email address.
Response time: maximum 1 month from receipt, extendable by 2 additional months for complex requests.
If your request is not handled within the deadline or to your satisfaction, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
